About Us & Why We are
The Best For the Job

Our high spec PAT Testing Kit enables us to test a wider range of appliances than some of our competition in the High Peak. This includes testing of 3 Phase 415v (32amp & 64amp) machinery,110V Appliances and extensions, IT Equipment at 200mA for earth Bond tests as well as a large amount of Pat Testing Adapters for different IT Equipment. Our tests include a signed Certificate and Report on all appliances tested for Class 1 and Class 2 Appliances. Our tests include earth continuity test, insulation test, electrical wiring inspection, leakage tests including a special microwave leakage test, electrical installation earthing, formal visual inspection, functional test, insulation resistance, cable damage, cable resistances, fuse check, wiring plugs.

We test all portable appliences
Health & Safety

Some examples include Business Equipment, Desktop Computers, Electric Fans, Electric Heaters, Extension Leads, Fridges, Freezers, Toasters, Hair Dryers, Hand-held Equipment, Heating Appliances, IEC Cables, IT Equipment, Kettles, LCD Screens, Lamps, Laptops, Mains Extensions, Microwaves, Monitors, Power Cords, Power tools, Surge Protected Appliances, Televisions and 3 Phase 415v (32amp & 64amp) machinery.

Portable Appliance Testing is a very necessary part of your organisation’s Health and Safety regime. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a sole trader or a large multi-national corporation; if you use electrical equipment in your business, then you have a responsibility to make sure it is safe.

Moreover, Insurance companies are now insisting on PAT Testing being carried out every 12 months (or less) in order to satisfy the conditions of their policy, and local council inspectors (Fire Officers, Environmental Health Officers) are routinely asking for evidence of PAT Testing when they carry out their inspections.
